Why this rock is probably not a meteorite:

1) No fusion crust.

2) Too angular; no rounded "corners."   

3) The rock is too coarse grained.

4) Much of this rock is quartz, which doesn't occur in meteorites.
What is it?

Some type or quartz-rich terrestrial rock.
