Why this rock is probably not a meteorite:
1) No fusion crust
2) Surface too irregular
3) Too glassy
4) Too porous (lower photo)

What is it?
The rock contains blebs of iron metal (below). Some "inclusions"
look like screws or bolts. It was found in a riverbed downstream from
an old iron mine. This rock is slag from an old iron smelter.
