Why this rock is probably not a meteorite:

1) No fusion crust.

2) The shape is smooth and aerodynamic, however meteorites don't have linear features (veins?) like this.

3) A smooth meteorite this large would likely have regmaglypts.
    
What is it?

Interesting rock, but we can't tell what it is from the photo.
