Why this rock is probably not a meteorite:

It is unusual to see tabular, light-colored mineral grains in a meteorite. Such grains might occur as phenocrysts in basaltic meteorites, e.g., NWA 032.

What is it?

We don't know. The mineral grains look like they might be orthoclase, a mineral that doesn't occur in meteorites.
