Why this rock is probably not a meteorite:
1) No fusion crust.
The darker exterior is desert
varnish.
2) Large shiny grains on the broken surface are quartz. Quartz
doesn't occur in meteorites

What is it?
We think it might be a hydrothermally altered volcanic rock.
