Why this rock is probably not a meteorite:

1) It doesn't have an aerodynamic shape. On a meteorite, all the projections would have been ablated away as the meteor passed through the atmosphere.

2) The right side the rock appears to have stratified layers. Meteorites are never layered.
What is it?

Can't tell from photo.
