Why this rock is probably not a meteorite:

1) There's no fusion crust.

2) It's layered. Meteorites don't have layers. Layering requires that the rock formed on a planet with gravity. Most meteorites formed on small bodies with inconsequencial gravity.
What is it?

A terrestrial sedimentary rock, a sandstone.
