Why this rock is probably not a meteorite:

Meteorites are seldom-to-never this spherical. Also, the surface texture is inconsistent with any meteorite of which I'm aware. Meteorites have regmaglypts (innies, not outies).
  
What is it?

It's a neat stone, but I don't know what it is.
