Why this rock is probably not a meteorite:

...because it looks like a piece of slag. Meteorites don't have "globby" fusion crusts. Also, it's got a lot of holes (gas bubbles.) Holes are common in slags, but extremely rare in meteorites.
What is it?

Probably a piece of slag.
