Why this rock is probably not a meteorite:

The rock has round things, but chondrules don't have obvious light-colored rims like some of these. Chondrules aren't orange, like some of the oval shaped things. Also, there's no metal.  
What is it?

Probably, and amygdaloidal basalt.
