Why this rock is probably not a meteorite:

...because anything this spherical is not a meteorite. Many terrestrial rocks contain enough magnetite to attract a small magnet.
What is it?

If it is a meteorite, then the magnetic attraction is because it contains iron-nickel metal. One would have to cut it to see if there's metal inside. If not, it's just a magnetite-bearing rock.
