Why this rock is probably not a meteorite:

This is a sawn face of a rock. Meteorites are never this red inside. Also, the clasts look suspiciously like quartz. No kind of meteorite has a texture like this.
What is it?

A terrestrial sedimentary rock with a hematite-rich matrix.
